Vendomatic Inc I applied for job with this company, A credit report was never ever mentioned. I always order a copy of my report once a year and found that a company Called Guaranty Mortgage also known as Credit profile nation wide owned by Leo B Forzley of 116 turnpike shrewsbury Ma.

On his website it states that any compnay ordering a copy of someones report MUST have a written consent, Vendomatic never did have a written consent.

Mr Forzley sent me a threating letter that If I try to further collect as far as court they would return the favor.

Jane Wilcom of Vendomatic Inc say I gave her permission over the phone which is a lie, Under The FCRA ordering a report for employment they must get written consent signed.

I went to work for this company My last day of employment with them was on 12/02.
Jane Wilcom said she wouldn't pay me my last check until I sign a letter stating I quit. I didn't and she has still not paid me or anything.

This company is bad about swapping out machines at business 20 days into the month so the business only gets 30% of the money from 10 days instead of 30 days, Eddie Warren had me to swap machines out all the time at various locations.
