Ripoff I've been double billed, shut off and paid nearly $600 in 4 months and still have nothing but problems

This all started back in Dec 05. I decided to upgrade my cable TV. I've been a comcast customer for many years. I had that done and a few days later they shut off my service!

I call them and ask what teh problems is and they DON'T KNOW! I'm showing current on my bill and that I alwasy have been. I have to wait for them to come back out and turn it on again!

They turn the TV back on and a couple of days later they shut off my internet service. I call, again they DON'T KNOW why.

They get that back on and a few days later they do the whole damn thing all over again! I'm getting really ticked off by now.

I call them AGAIN. They say they tracked down the problem and its fixed. Then I get a shutoff notice, I pay that, then another I pay that too! Then I start getting harrassing phone calls from billing. Then ANOTHER NASTY letter from billing.

I call them irrate as hell.By this time I've already fired them as my IP (DON'T USE COMCAST FOR AN IP OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU WILL BE SORRY) They discover that they've created dual accounts and I am being billed for both!

Today feb 23 my cable TV goes out and (you guessed it) THEY DON'T KNOW WHY! Thats 4 shutoffs 5 reconects PLUS one more shut off within 60 days! I wanted to call corprate or send them an acutal mail telling about whats going on out here and talked to brian. Here's the conversation:

NOTICE BRIAN NEVER GIVES ME THE INFO I ASKED FOR? This is status quo for every problem I have ever had with comcast. They NEVER do anything about the problem
