Ripoff dishonest connection no phone service and being charged

They call me to change to vonage because it's cheaper and they overdrawn my bank account and they send me equipment and i install it and the service works one day and the rest of the days it doesn't work. I called 10 times and it was always a diffrent answer but nobody could want to help then I called customer service to cancel. They want $40.00 for cancellation and the service doesn't even work.

And they don't want to cancel. Thank you very much.
