I am a current Employee of American Voice Mail Inc, Located at 2310 SO. Sepulveda Blvd. Los Angeles California 90064 and would like to provide you with enough fuel to file a legal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your State's Attorney General's Office.

The owners are, Mark, Bob and Sam Gordon and American Voice Mail is guilty of sharp deceptive business practices and willfully manipulating re-occurring billing cycles for the purpose of committing Fraud, Larceny, Embezzlement.

American Voice Mail's Technical Staff is electronically inept. Communication and Service outages run rampant and will often will effect entire city and regions. The Custome Service Manager, Curtis is refusing to issue credits for time out of service that can run concurrently for days, weeks and months at a time.

The Gordon's has routinely used employee intimidation to inform clients that refunds are out of the question and any excess credits have been applied to late fees or any customers deposits and missing payments do not exist.

I have even processed received payments that will mysterious disappear and just so happens reappear in the Bookkeeper's Accounts Payable - Receivable Books under Other Revenue.

Gordon Family is maliciously conspiring with a wanton disregard of the law and it is up to you to encorce the letter of the law.
