Ripoff theft diamond rings

Brian Fishel runs a jewelry/diamond buying web site - www.diamondbuyersinc.net. We sought quotes from he and 3 other internet jewelry buying companies companies in January on 3 rings.

His web site seems legitimate, phone #, name, etc. He provided an initial quote, sent an insured fed ex package to us, we sent the rings to him for a formal quote and were promised a same-day or next-day formal quote.

One month later of repeated phone calls, emails, we've not heard from him. The rings were signed for by him at fed ex in Houston in January so we know he is/was in possession of them.
