Fake Diamond Rings With False GIA Appraisals From eBay

I made 2 transactions for diamond rings from eBay. I received false rings with false GIA appraisals, so I opened two cases against these. Citi always ignores my requests and asks me to pay that amount plus interest! I submitted full documentation and evidence! They haven't charged back the merchant or taken any action!
