Fake Diamond rings w / False GIA paperwork

I made 2 transations for diamond rings from eBay, I received false rings with false GIA appraisals, so I opened two cases against these. Citi always ignores my requests and ask me to pay that amount plus interest! I submitted Full-Documentations & evidences! They havn't charged back from the merchant and take any actions!
