Ripoff

I ordered a college textbook on 1/19/06 and paid for it that day. I paid for priority shipping which should take 2-5 days max. To arrive. I waited three weeks. Which I was already into my semester. I was now suffering in my course because of this. Every email that that I sent to the company would not be answered. Finally, I decided to start calling and everytime they would say it was on the way and they would say wait another day it should be there.

Finally, I called and requested a refund. I was told numerous days in a row that they put a request for the refund and that it would be in the bank in 3-7 days. I then called back 8 days later when it did not show in my account only to find out that it did not even get requested by the person I spoke with. The lady I then spoke with then said it would be three days and again I waited and when I called back to get the number of the head company called Akademos the man was rude and would not give it to me. He said that he was not allowed to give out their companies phone number.

To this point I have not got my refund and I am not sure that I will. I wanted to warn everyone else though not to use this company.
