Took money for two orders, but only sent one

I had accidentally placed two orders (I hit submit twice) with speedyrxdrugs.com on August 1. When I called customer service to confirm that they would only honor one order, they replied that they would. Upon pulling my bank statement online, I saw that they did indeed charge me for two.

Because I normally order a refill two weeks later, I just decided that I would consider the extra one my refill. When the orders were supposed to arrive, I only got one.

When this happened, I called the number on my bank statement to inquire of the status of my other order. I would have been equally satisfied with a refund, or the order showing up as it should have! The first time I called, I was promised a refund within one to two days.in addition, when I was finally able to get a representative on the webpage's live help, "Jennifer" confirmed the refund would arrive in that time frame.

The time passed with no refund. So I called again to find out what had happened. The man I spoke to offered to resend the order if I paid the shipping. I refused, as not only was it not my fault the order didn't come, shipping is free. He then said, "You can get your refund in one or two days!" But, again, no refund.

Each time I called, they said the same refund line to me. Then, I tried the number listed on their site. I was finally able to speak with someone who said she'd investigate the matter. She seemed to understand that I just wanted what I paid for. But she failed to call me back within the ten minutes she promised.

I decided to try live help again, but I have never been able to get a rep online for more than one or two questions. It seems a bit suspicious that they have so much trouble answering my questions, yet it's so easy to take my money. I have documentation of all my chat sessions with the company and have referenced them during each dealing.

If they ever do either give me my order or my refund, I may order from them again. I will also post an update if they come through. Until then, I urge anyone considering an order through this company not to order through them.
