Ripoff Returned Products And Promised Refund Telephone conversation with company told me they had received the products but obvious ripoff

Received products that I did not order or authorize. Returned the products by USPS (Track NO 0304 3490 0002 1605 8409) which was received while I was on the telephone with a lady that confirmed the products had been delivered (01/09,10:51 AM Ontario, Ca. 91761). I was told that a credit to my card would be made within two (2) to three (3) weeks. This is not 4 weeks and still no credit has been made. I have called the 1-909-930-3087 number several times (3) and the 1-909-930-3047 number TWO (2) times. Each time I am listening to bery bad music and then after a 13 minute hold I am asked to give my 11 digit phone number and press # and the my name, reason for calling and they will return my call. Nothing has happened — yet. I have filed with my credit card company, Capital One, and so far nothing has been forthcoming from them.
