Abc distributing ripoff demands & threatenes me for payment yet i never received any ordered merchandise! North miami florida

In the past I have ordered from ABC Distributing. No major problems, except one package delivered to the wrong address. I did finally receive my merchandise.

Shipping charges are outrageous too. Back in Sept. 05 I ordered some merchandise. I had just moved to my new home when I placed my order. I received a postcard in regard to some of my ordered merchandise being out of stock & would not be restocked. Obviously, they had my correct mailing & physical address if I received the postcard.in the latter part of November, I began to receive past due notices from ABC DEMANDING payment. I would have gladly paid them, if I had ACTUALLY received my merchandise.

On six occasions I called ABC to try to resolve this matter. I was put on hold for what seemed like forever each and every time. When I was able to get a human being on line, I was given a big run around and told that I would receive some paperwork to fill out in order to initiate an investigation. I never received a single piece of paper from ABC. On 2 occasions I asked to speak to a supervisor. Same response on both occasions-there are NO supervisors. I find that so hard to believe. After all my calls, getting nowhere, minutes racked up on my cell phone and threats from ABC, I began to research what happened to my merchandise. There were 3 shipments. 2 Shipments signed by one person & the third by a different person. First of all, there were NO homes close by my home when I moved in (Brand new subdivision), much less at the times of my deliveries (Oct. & nov. 05) Second, I have no idea who the people are that signed for my packages. Third, Fed-Ex did not have a delivery location on two of my tracking forms and the third showed delivery in McAllen, Texas. I live in Edinburg, Tx. Fourth, after having to do my own investigating and experiencing such frustration over and over I faxed all of my findings to ABC (Jan. 06) along with a statement that I would not be paying for merchandise I had not received. The people who signed for my merchandise (actually stole it at my expense) are responsible for payment. I also went on to tell ABC that the person ordering merchandise or their spouse should be the only ones that can sign for deliveries. The Customer Service Rep told me that no signature is required. I have just received (FEB. 06) a letter from their attorney, Kaplan, stating that I was trying to SCAM them. I can understand that they want to be paid, but they have done NOTHING to help me resolve this matter - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MERCHANDISE, SOMEONE ELSE IS ENJOYING MY MERCHANDISE FOR FREE ON THEIR PART & AT MY EXPENSE-FRUSTRATION-HEADACHES-ANGER, YET I AM BEING THREATENED BY ABC. Any reputable company would at least try to help the customer. I am now debating whether or not to file charges on the two individuals who signed for my packages, contact the BBB about ABC, and retain an attorney for all the % I have had to go through.
