S sells outdated yogurt, produce manager says he'll eat bad yogurt anytime. Ripoff

I purchased some yogurt from Woodman's, opened it up and ate some, and preceeded to get sick. I noticed the expiration date was December 16. Today was February 6. I called Woodman's to complain. I talked to the produce manager, who said he found it hard to believe the yogurt was outdated. He said that yogurt doesn't get old, he'd eat outdated yogurt anytime. So all he said was too bad!!
