My SBC telephone bill for January has an attachment ESBI Privacy Plus Voicemail Monthly Fee of $16.12 for ROCTEL for 0 minutes. The charge is for so call service "Privacy Plus Voicemail" for monthly service for January.
No one in our family recognized or authorized SBC, ESBI and ROCTEL to charge on our local phone bill.in fact, we did not understand what the Privacy Plus Voicemail offers or can do for us.
