Ripoff they say its better than cable and they lie

When i ordered Dish Network i was promised better customer service and better service than cable. Well i didnt get it. My box is constintaly freezing up the picture is constantaly going out and when i ordered a movie that was suppose to be an all day play the fact that it only lasted from 5 am to 5pm flashed by so fast i never saw it. When i contacted dishnetwork i was told it would cost me over $200. To cancel it and then i was told i was just out of luck on seeing the movie i ordered (it was over at 5am) and it would cost me close to $30. Just to get someone out here to see why my reciver is always freezing up and why my picture goes out all the time. Hoow is it dish network can get away with lying to their customers isnt anyone going to do anything about this. I know their was a lawsuit filed agenst them before and am wondering if their is one now?
