Capital Financial
Credit Card Ripoff, Fradulent, Misleading, and Aggressive! Beware

Shops, Products, Services

Like everyone else who have reported on this site, I was also called by Capital Financial. Basically, they called my number and offered to give me a major credit card with a fixed 8% interest.

Then, they asked for my bank account information because they needed an automatic deposit of $200.00 to the credit card so I get the offer. At this moment, I was very uncomfortable and just wanted to hang up but I didn't.instead, like an idiot, I gave them all the information they needed...

Then, a few days later I was getting really worried about this matter. So, I researched a bit about the Capital Financial. Boom! I knew it. I reached this site and read all the horrible mishaps others have had with this company. At that time, I tried to call Financial Capital several times... No answer.

I think about a week later, while I was waiting for my next class to in school, I remembered to call them again. Finally, I got a hold of someone. I told him that I wanted to cancel and request and immediate refund. He said that I'd have to write a letter to them... So, I wrote them a letter telling them that I want to cancel and want a refund. No response too!

So, I called them up again during the same time I called them at the same time I called them last time to check on my refund status. The guy said that they sent out a letter (of who knows what!) I was patient and calm so I waited for another week. Alas, no response.

So I called again, I talked to a girl this time and asked her about my refund. Guess what she said?"A letter has been sent out." I was irritated at this moment because I have tried to cooperate with them and they just seem to not care.

So, I called back again, I talked to the same girl. It was a disagreement.in a low tone voice, I explained to her that I have waited quite long for their response and ask what exactly is in the letter that they are sending. She said she doesn't know and it will take 10 days to get to me.

Also, she said that I have agreed to a non-refundable payment. (I thought how could it be a non-refundable payment when the person I talked to who offered the credit card in the first place said that they are going to send me back a 200.00 voucher to pay for credit balance after my first use of the card—as a return on my 200.00 deposit.) This was ridiculous!

I told her i'll just wait for the letter and hanged up. That night I followed the instructions suggested in this site about getting my money back. Fortunately, I got it back the next day. I LOVE MY BANK!

Anyway, I am sorry if you got scammed by this company. Follow the instructions in this site and don't forget to file a report against Capital Financial to help out others and keep consumers informed. This people are out of their place in this Free Market Economy. GET THEM FOR IT!
