Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing -Jessica/Brian -Atlanta Georgia

The service took place in Nov. It's now Jan 31. First, Brian came out and service two garage doors at a cost 207.00. Then I was charged on my credit card 340.50. I have tried several times to call and have the credit put back on my card. Everyone I talk to said I show where they are going to credit your account. So, I wait on Dec, Jan statements and there's still no credit. I call again because one of the garage doors don't work anymore. And the tech Brian tries to tell us what we need to do instead of coming back out. Finally we get him back out and he says that it will be 225.00 to replace a circut board.

Then I call the company one more time about the credit and I was told by Jessica Zigger if I send a copy of my statement she will credit back my card right then. That was Jan 19. It's Jan 31 and I still don't have a credit on my credit card!
