Ripoff, rude attitude, My account is in collections and I don't want to continue paying any suggestions?

Hi to all those hard working aussie's out there that have been taken for a ride with this company I don't think there is anymore to add about what treatment I received from them because everyone has said it all!
But my question is this my account has gone to Duvera Financials and if I don't pay them the payment they keep charging late fee's an the Accc has said that they are still going through legal proceedings if there is any advise it would be helpful as I don't want to get a bad credit rating but if I don't have to pay anymore I'd rather not.
