Rude, harassing, down grading, mistreated and ripped off abused & mistreated

I was sent to collections over some membership dues to Vacation Advantage - do not sign anything with them. I did not respond, which was my fault, to the collections agency.

I did not know I could go to collections for membership dues. I thought our membership would be cancelled.

Duvera reps left some of the most hateful, rude, inappropriate and condescending message on our answering machine. I finally turned it off.

Nick Anderson and Tony Graham thought it was a big joke when I called. They would not give me the address to Vacation Advantage to resolve the matter. I finally went to an attorney.

I have worked collections myself and never ever stooped as low as these guys. They must have no life. Being in collections was my own fault but these guys at Duvera are so unprofessional and low I would rather pay an attorney than send a dime to them.

Duvera is a joke. Very unprofessional. Made fun of my situation and things that I said. Told me not to call again even though I was in collections with them. Unbelievable scum.
