Bad Telemarketing Leads to the Mortgage Broker - Rip off is too light a word to use to describe this Scamming Company!

Every single complaint I've read that's posted on this site against Teleten Marketing, is basically the same exact problems we also experienced from this company and the people who work there.By the way, I was told the owner's name was David Buddan, but I am now reading conflicting info. Anybody out there who can confirm the owner or owners names, I would appreciate any clarification as to who and how many actual onwers there are? As I am worn out and done trying to communicate with crooks and am now moving forward with our small claims lawsuit against Teleten.

I paid $1,200 for 45 leads back in October. We were promised high quality Exclusive Leads - What a Blatant Lie that was! It is now the end of January and we were faxed very sporadically, approximately two dozen "sheets of paper", I cannot call them "leads" because None of these sheets of paper were anything more than just that - paper with some scribble on them!!! Half of the names on the sheet would hang up on us almost immediately after we introduced ourselves and my company - the other half didn't even fit the parameters (or filters) we set prior to sending our check. Another common thread in the other complaints posted against Teleten - I too, grew tired and frustrated with leaving numerous voice-messages and never receiving a returned call?

I have been requesting and then demanding a full refund since July. I finally got a faxed 3 page letter from a Mr. David Buddan two days ago (I was told he was the owner?), but I was puzzled as to why he was finally making contact after all this time, yet he sent 3 pages of dialogue, yet said nothing? I actually expected for a moment to read some insulting offer for settlement of a refund? Then I realized he only wrote this fax addressed to me to satisfy a response to the BBB and the compliant I filed there that they were following up on. The BBB was referenced with a cc: on page 3. Teleten and its owner (s) have NO intentions of everissuing any refunds, and they've got almost 50 Mortgage Company's extremely upset with them on this site alone.

Has anyone else out there taken Teleten Marketing to Court yet or filed any litigation paperwork against them? I am now the 45th or so, angry mortgage broker who's been ripped off by Teleten, posting a complaint on this site. There is obvious strength in numbers, and if we all support one another and fill up the Courts dockets all over the Southland, that might finally get their attention? My company's lawsuit will be filed within the next week in Civil Court (North Court Div. Fullerton, CA). I also will contact our mortgage associations - CAMB, NAMB, along with The Washington D.C. Bureau of Fraudulent and disceptive business practices, and I mentioned I have already filed a formal complaint with the BBB. We're all telling each others same story, proving there most certainly is a pattern of deception that Teleten is operating by. I'm glad I found this website, I only regret I didn't come across it 14 months ago? Could've saved me and my firm a whole lotta grief.
