Ripoff, they delivered my atv 5 weeks late they didnt send paper work or lug nuts

First of all i bought on november23,05 they said they had it in stock an it would be out the door shortly an that i would recieve it before x-mas. A couple a days before x-mas i called them an they said its on its way. A round dec. 30 i called them back an they said that the one i ordered was out of stock but they had a blue one coming in from tx. I said that would be fine. So i waited about 14 days an call them back they said they didnt know what happened to it, but they had a red one there an could be out the door toda, i again agreed, an said that was fine. I just wanted my bike. After 3 weeks an severial phone calls it finely came, but there wasnt lug nuts or paper work im still trying to get it i have called severial times but yet no results. Im very upset with the way they do business. I would not sujest any one to buy from them! Im steal trying to get them to send the rest of my stuff.
