Northgate Garage Doors
Crappy work, and didnt come back to fix so I had to call another company

My uncle called Northgate garage doors to repair it because it wouldnt open one morning. They said they couldnt come out for 2 weeks, I waited 2 weeks because they said they were the best and would give me a great price. After two weeks went by I called them and they didnt even remember about coming out to fix my door. So they made me wait another couple days before showing up about 2 hours late from there original time, and didnt care enough to even apoligize, instead they had a very poor attitude with me. And when they said they were the best I would have to think maybe they were counting backwards meaning they were 10th. The man left grease all over my almost new door, and then when he asked to use the restroom, he track garage door opener grease all over my white rugs. I was so upset, and I called them right away. They also charged me for unneeded things like clamping a spring, which I learned from other companys that you only need to do that on commercial doors and he just made that up so he could charge me for more, I ended up paying almost 3 times the amount that other companys typically charge. It also still shakes and runs terribe when I push the button. After I called them back to remind them about my carpets and the loud noises coming from the garage opener, they got rude with me and hung up. I feel sooooo ripped off by them, and I called another company which came out within 1 hour and now my door runs fine. I would Never ever use Northgate garage doors again, and feel sorry for all there victoms who come in contact with them. They are scam artist.
