Ripoff dihonest thief stealing

I have had 2 thiefs from my account. First one was for $1.00 on 1/12/06 at 3:41 am second thief took place on 1/19/06 at 4:54 am in the amount of $29.95. I am on disability and my funds are limited so loosing any amount of money hurts my ability to pay my bills. How can they do this and live with themselves?
