Unauthorized monthly 14.95 credit card charge after not returning phone marketing call

AP9 24ProtectPlus-V began charging $14.95 a month to my Bank of America credit card without being authorized. When questioned they said that my wife had enrolled online (blatantly untrue, we never do credit protection) and then later said that she was enrolled after not returning a phone call.
