Dishonest, scam, unsubstantiated claims to get away with not paying models ripoff

I was booked to work for the agent "TradeShow Visions" and I got a frantic call that a model had canceled and if I could find a friend or the whole job was cancelled. I called around and got a friend that would come but not for an hour and that I would have to take her. He approved of her and the situation. I was giving the incorrect directions to the location and was calling non stop but no answer.

We finally got there and the client "Plumberex" had hired 2 other models. Making now a total of 4 models and 3 employees in a 6 x 6 foot booth. The model that I had brought also was much taller then the uniforms that were provided would fit and was very uncomfortable with the uniform but that would be her complaint not mine" During the show the client said said "that he would let us show our talents" and pointed to his crotch with his eyes. I also complained about this and TradeShow Visions said that I was making it up and that "his client uses him a lot and would not do such a thing" I have witnesses to prove what the client said. They also denied the girl whose uniform was too short to put on shorts and laughed.

We did work for about 3 hours and the event ended earlier then we expected. I was later told by TradeShow Visions that the model that I brought was not to be paid that they were unhappy will her performance. (not one time did they complain the us about our performance) and we did "work" for 3 hours. Then I was told that I would be paid but that they were unhappy with me but that they would pay me (thats intent to pay) anyways (AGAIN NOT ONE TIME DID THEY COMPLAIN THE US ABOUT OUR PERFORMANCE). I have not received any form of payment I have made several calls and emails and no response at all. I did work for this agent one other time and he did something similar to me and the other models and did not want to pay us.

We have no way of contacting the client to see if what he says is true or if its a scam that he is doing so he can pocket the models money. I have emails and records of all emails and witnesses if needed.
