Fraud, scam, dishonest, unprofessional!

I worked a tradeshow for Promo Models back in March and still haven't received payment... I contacted the booking agent several times and no response...
Promo Models owe me over $800 and I feel my only resort is to file a law suit...
I will be contacting their client, Foamex, that I worked for at the tradeshow and notify them about the situation.
In the 8 years or so that I have been modeling, I have never been ripped off like this!!!
Do not trust these people!
