Ripoff - dishonestscams you and your credit card

Recently, I was doing some on-line surveys and I was offered a "FREE" trial of this "leanlifepm" product, The offer was, a "FREE 14 day trial of the product and if I like it to simply do nothing and my credit card will be charged the "one time" amount of $99.90, AFTER the 14 days. Well I did not want the entire supply so I cancelled and got a reply from them in my email stating that my account had successfully been cancelled.
However I was charged the amount of $99.90 to my credit card. I called their customer service support and tried to explain what had happened thinking that maybe there was a mistake, I did not even get my whole story out, not even three sentences, before the woman on the other end of the line interrupted me stated that I would not be receiving a refund and continued to interrupt me. I tried to calmly speak with the woman stating that I would like to speak with a manager, and before I even got the whole statement out she hung up on me.

Thankfully, I caught this on my account quickly and spoke to my bank and resolved the matter easily. To any one else out there, make sure to contact your bank immediatly! It will be much easier to resolve.
