I have experiince racism and employee incompetence and also neglect and favortism at the bowen lirbrary and also the fredrick douglas lirbrary at 3685 west vernor boulevard and also at 3666 grand river avenue their are employees play with the internet service Mr. Steve the internet monitor who as been play with the the city internet service tampering with people accounts and also also Joan another lirbrian with access codes at the librarys at bowen branch and i have seen at the fredrick douglas branch also doing the samething interfering with people accouts on the internet and also hacking into people accout also too their are white people coming into the lirbrarys to cause trouble inside the lirbrarys like dethicating on themselfs and also urinating on themselfs with their black compless who are doing the same thing and also lieing about to cover for their white friend or gang menbers who are causing the trouble like holding up the internet computor terminal cubical by pertending to brouwsing the internet site or brouwsing a web page not even using the mouse or keyboard keys to scoll down to read finish reading the article or colliumn on the site their are using these people are day dreaming and starring at people to stalk them at the lirbrary they are also not repair detroit equipment that are down like comptuors harddrives circuit boards and also the security guard isn't guarding nothing in the lirbrarys letting juvenile run rampant during school hours at the lirbrarys in question the bowen lirbrary and also the fredrick douglas lirbrary.
