Deceptive advertising RIPOFF Beverly Hills California

1) Many of the profiles on their system are scammers, usually "businesses" operating in the former Soviet Union that create fake user profiles. These profiles re-use the same photos over and over again and I have seen these photos documented on anti-scam websites. If you make contact with one of these profiles they will eventually ask you to send money so they can visit you.

2) They advertise your "New Matches" with an email - lately about 50% of the profiles in these emails have been scammers.

3) When I ask them to remove scammers' profiles from their system the request is always ignored.

4) You cannot read messages sent to you without paying for a subscription. There are many messages waiting to be read in my inbox. When checking who has viewed my profile or who has tried to instant message me, they are a mix of scammers and also legitimate profiles who could not possibly be interested in me, therefore nothing in my inbox is from anyone who is really interested in me. I suspect some of these emails may even be "decoys" to try to get users to subscribe. When I ask customer service to screen this trash out of my inbox so that I might subscribe to read only legitimate emails the request is ignored.
