Ripoff Unbelievable experience of household moving scam! Ruthless crooks defy the law!

Express Move was hired for household move from Mpls to CT Truck never showed up as scheduled. A week late. Extremely un professional employees, disrespectful and dense. Could not follow directions off hwy involving only two turns. Could barely manuever truck, blankets to wrap furniture was filthy and filled with leaves that littered apt on exit. Forms were blank, did not have address or contact information. Wanted me to advance drivers cash to fix vehicle.

Carrier would not return calls to contact. Delivery a nightmare. Three weeks after expected date. Carrier finally calls to say he is lost at 10 pm-10 hours late. Takes wrong turn, jack knifes truck making residential road impassable. Proceeds to damage property attempting to back up. Police called. Different license plates on vehicles, only one of three drivers have valid drivers license. Truck gets stuck on private property needing tow service. Driver repeats error becomes stuck again. Van returns to home base with out delivery. Owner refuses to deliver unless I pay $800 tow bill on top of excessive charge to deliver. Was to be adjusted by weigh tickets. Does not provide any weigh documentation.

Threatens we will not see household goods again. Items are of deceased kin. Cannot replace so we pay. SHAME on all associated with extra move or smart way move! Ruthless crooks.
