Lying, Cheating, Thief Walks Away With All My Money And Washington Mutual Helps.

I am tired of being ripped off! I purchased a dog potty from Patio Park, and they never mentioned that your dog needs to be trained to use this potty. They also offered a satisfaction guarantee if something is wrong with the product. Something is very wrong with this potty: It's worthless. Both of my dogs refuse to use it.

I contacted her and she said, " that is weird", and told me to try to wet the grass. Try to wet the grass? Ok. So I did try wetting the grass then I email her again telling her this didn't work. At this point, she stopped answering my email. I faxed her; I called her, but I got nowhere. I decided that I wanted a refund because both of my dogs just didn't care for this potty.

I went to her website for her return policy, and it says you need an authorized return number (ARN#), The only way I can get the ARN # was to contact her. You can imagine how far I got with this lady. I sent tons of email's, faxed her again, and left several messages on her machine.

Eventually she decided to email me back, and told me she had been on vacation; however, she did not try to remedy my problem. I emailed her several times with my concerns, and asked for a refund. I got nowhere once again.

I was trying to deal with this headache, but I just didn't know what to do. So I decided to send the dog potty back.

I sent the potty back and told Washington mutual about my problem. I also provided them with the proof that I did send the item back, the emails, and the faxes. They said they would look in to it and in the meantime, they refunded my money.

As the days pass all of the money that was refunded to me was snatched back by the Park Patio thiefs. Now she has my money and her product back, while I have nothing.

Washington Mutual's excuse is that I had 30 days until I could return the product. Well that's great, but according to the website I could not return the item without an authorized return number #. So I get punished because I tried to follow their website policy. That is ridiculous!

How can a business keep the money and the product? Why would Washington Mutual allow this?

If anyone knows how to help me out, please let me know.
