I want what I ordered! - Kohl's gift cards on-line purchases

I originally purchased a fairy potty and step stool set online at Kohls.com. I received it and only got the potty. No step stool. I called customer service and all they could do was tell me to send it back and they could charge my card again and send out a new set. They also offered to let me keep the potty at 50% off. (makes sense considering I only got half of my order). Anyway I decided to keep the potty because I have two bathrooms and I didn't want to return it which would ruin any potty training I started with my daughter. So I order a new set for my second bathroom. This time I ordered the Winnie the pooh set considering I had no luck wih the fairies. Well when I received it I only received the stool and no potty. REALLY!? I was not happy. I once again called customer service and they told me that it's not there fault its the warehouse at fault. Ok well I ask if they can send me the potty and they say no. They can only send it as a set and I will have to return it and they would charge my card again. After much arguing I agreed to return it to a store to get an immediate credit because there online process takes 14 days. So they ordered me another set and charged my card again and I wasted my gas to return the stupid stool. The guy did send it priority shipping for free. Well I got my paackage today and guess what? NO POTTY! Just a stool! Again! Three times! What kind of people work at this warehouse? I am fed up! Called customer service and they wanted me to return it do they can send yet another set out! Thi is not right! I do not want to be charged again or have another set sent to me! I want the potty and that's it? Is that so hard? Someone needs to seriously take care if this issue! You have a very very unhappy customer! I want to speak with someone in charge!
