Sent insufficient product, and then accused me of lying, and refused refund

I ordered 4 hooded sweat shirts on the 22nd of December. On December 30th, I received a small box containing 1 hoodie. I look at the invoice, It says 4 were shipped, yet only 1 was in the box. The box was so small it wasn't even possible to add more hoodies in it.
I waited until the end of the holiday weekend to call LAMB in PA. I spoke to Kim, Scott, and one other gentleman.

I told them that I ordered 4 hoodies and only received one.

Kim told me to fax the packing slip to her, so I ran to the nearest kinko's and did so. She never called me back. I called back this morning at around 12:15pst. And spoke to a different guy and he told me that the box was checked twice, and 4 hoodies were shipped. I told them that that' is impossible, its not even possible to fit four hoodies in the box. He then said, we'll you've made orders with us in the past, how we know your not using one of the boxes.

I then stated I have not made any orders since september on 05, and it was a big box because I ordered 5 t shirts.

I also told him that fedex had a sticker on the box with the date of december 30th on it. Prooving that the box was too small to ship 4 hoodies.

They still kept going that there is nothing they can or will do for me.

I then asked to be transferred to a higher manager, and the manager was telling me the same stuff, even though I have proof that the box sent to me was to small to fit 4 hoodies.

I have called my credit card company to fight this, and I felt that this was only right to get their horrible business fixed.

I've seen lots of complaints on fan boards and blogs of similar situations, and how rude they were in return.
