Ripoff: said I purchase items and got my info when I didn't have no knowledge

I recieved a call saying I had won a $1000.00 shopping spree. Then I found out I was supposed to have subscribed to 5 different magazines with a year subscription for each. Somehow they got my bank account number and was billing me for those items that I did not give permission. Then they were trying to get some other personal account information which I did not give.

I spoke with them and no one could tell me where or when I was suppose to have ordered those items. Nor how much but insisted that the money would come out of my bank account.

I am still trying to correct this mistake but cannot get information from then on the internet web site they supposably have nor can they answer my questions on the phone.
