Ripoff and bad business

I have no idea how they even became a company. I purchased 5 display cases on Nov 18 from this company, after paying for the merchandise they told me that the display cases would be ready and delivered to me the following Friday Nov 25. Nothing happens, no delivery, no calls, no nothing.

Two week has passed after numerous calls to them and telling them how upset I am, they finally deliver to me 3 display cases, two of which where broken!!! Who would have thought after many weeks has passed they would at least brought something in good condition. Till this day I request for a full refund and they have refused. This company is pending a lawsuit.

To make a long story short... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have the worse business practice out there. They will take your money and not give you your product.
