Warning! Lack of manual and parts

I Bought a nice display for our office from Frames Display. When it was shipped we quickly could see that we were missing parts. We called Frames Display and they said they would send us the parts. Two weeks later no parts, called the company and they said sorry lots of the staff was on vacation, we will send parts. Got parts one week later and tried to assemble frame display. We quickly realized that something wasn't correct and the display was faulty. The display fell on my receptionist, hurting her foot and startling the customers in our practice. We then decided we can not put this display out, due to liability and asked Frame Display for a refund. They told us we would have to pay the 15% restocking fee and shipping. Upset at this option I decided to video tape the display and send it to the owner. Once he viewed the video, he realized that we were still missing parts and also the correct instruction sheet. They initially sent us an old instruction sheet on how to assemble this frame display. I warn you, if you choose to do business with this company, don't. Only buy items that are already assembled. If you need to assemble yourself, get ready for confusion, delay and a possible workman's comp claim. I am lucky my office manager is fine.
