Ripoff, refused to pay for hubcap lost while car was parked by their valet service at the Hotel Roanoke

My car was parked by Towne Park's valet service at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, VA. For three days. On the second day I noticed the right rear hubcap was missing. The valet said he would look for it. When I checked out the next day I asked about the hubcap and no one knew anything about it.

I filed a claim and was advised to submit the claim to my personal private passenger insurance carrier. The claim is for $59.70 and they know that no one would submit such a small claim to an insurance carrier.
