Vallet damages cars company refuses to pay ripoff

Parked my car at valet parking, received all damaged (looks like valet driver took it for a ride). Valet staff employed by La Parking is completely incompetent. I dont think they even have driver's licenses - look like most are illegal immigrants. And dont park expensive cars there - valet tends to take them for a joy ride!

LA Parking serves most restaurants and hotels in W. Hollywood and Los Angeles area so watch out!
Back to my story: it took a month to receive claim paperwork from the company. Week after week I was calling them and requesting paperwork, they were telling me that they were putting it in the mail but they didnt mail anything. Finally i drove all the way to their office and picked up the claim request myself - not without a fight though.

I filed the claim and included estimates from two body shops for car repair. Then Im receiving the release form for amount not even close to any of the estimates i included. I called to find out how i supposed to fix the car on that amount and was told that they dont care how. I was told that the amount they release is the only amount they were going to pay and the rest was not of their concern.

Very rude and dishonest staff there. Jemessa Henderson, LA Parking office manager repeatedly lied about sending paperwork, was hanging-up on me and was rude in general.
Basically their valet staff is damaging cars, and the company cares less! They don't want to deal with you at all, not to mention paying for the damage. Nobody ever even apologized to me believe it or not!
