Shipping FRAUD & awful Customer Service, ripoff!

My husband ordered a bunch of products from AlexisVogel.com on 12/10 and paid for it to be shipped 3 day so that it would get her before my B-day (12/17). My husband called on 12/12 to make sure it was shipped, and the CS rep told him yes, and that he would have it NO later than Thursday 12/15. So when 12/16 came around and still NO package, he called again and a new rep told him the other rep lied and that the package was going out that day (12/16), and refunded the 3 day shipping costs.

Then my husband called Corporate and spoke with a lady by the name of Charity, and she sent me a few FREE items Next Day (trying to get it here in time for my B-day) for the incontinence. I received this package on Monday 12/19.

Today my husband called to tell me he received another package from AlexisVogel.com and it only had 1/2 my order in it! Not to mention the invoice was dated the 19th, and NOT the 16th like we were told! So I tried calling the customer service number for 38 min, before I finally got a LIVE person. After being disconnected a few times, I finally gave up for the day.

There have been multiple shipping complaints on the web sites message board under Customer Service, but they've been deleted! I posted several times on the message board about my situation, and they BANNED me from using the site!

I'm very happy with the product itself, but it was NOT worth the headache!
