WARNING: Stay away from this company! Biggest internet fraud ripoff artists I've seen! Ripoff

I signed up with this company for several reasons. One: I was going to start a business on Ebay, Two: We own a satellite installation co. And we were going to offer our new customers free gifts from dropshipdesign.com as a 'thank you' gift.

Well... I sold 2 items through ebay. The first was for an mp3 player. The 2nd was an expensive espresso machine. 2 different customers, 2 different items.

The first item arrived at the customers' house damaged/not working, and the wrong color (not what was pictured in dropshipdesign.com's 'ebay wizard'. After SEVERAL emails to them, asking for an RMA#, I finally got it. The customer shipped it back and asked for a replacement. 3 weeks later, I get a refund on my paypal account! So far, I've lost $ on ebay fees, paypal fees, etc. So I order the customer another mp3 player only to find out that the shipping charges have gone up. Now I'm out another $2. Something. I'm having the mp3 player shipped to me, then I will overnite it to the customer (so I know it's the right item and not damaged).
Now, the espresso ordeal. The customer FINALLY receives it only to open it and find the plastic bag surrounding the machine WET... Which leads me to believe it's a USED machine.

I'm STILL Trying to get an RMA# so the customer can return it.

I have asked these jerks over and over for a phone # that I can call to speak with a HUMAN about these problems only to get replies stating that they cannot give phone support! Even if I offer to pay for the call!!!

I'm glad I only sold 2 items on ebay! Once I get these 2 problems resolved, I'm cancelling this whole mess and hiring an attorney to sue them! This is fraud up one side and down the other!!!

If any other people here decide to get a class action law suit up against these people, please let me know! I'M ALL FOR IT!!!
