I signed-up with this company a little while ago.
I didn't know anything about Usa Consumer Complaints.com, otherwise I'd look here. Now I know.
I've made some money through Drop Ship Design.
However, they are unbearably slow and stupid.
I sell on eBay and since 2000 my feedback was 100% positive, those of you who sell on eBay, you know how important feedback is and how hard it is to get it back up.
They make it incredibly hard to sell because the items continuously come in broken to the customers and of course they become agitated and leave negative feedback.
They make it very hard to make returns or refunds because they take their sweet time in responding to my emails and never really answer what I ask them.
As of today, they still owe me over $500 in products and have not emailed me back.
I promised an RMA to 3 customers and can't even do it.
And even when you do sell something and make a profit, you end-up losing all your money because when an item becomes out of stock or discontinued and you remove it from eBay, you end-up losing Listing fees and a lot of the time, when an item has sold and it is not unavailable, you need to refund the money and you lost the Final Value Fees which everyone knows can be very, very pricey.
Yes, I have made some money but at the same time, I'm not sure how long I can stay in business. They won't answer emails, their 800 number is simply an answering machine, but it's funny, no one ever calls you back.
I can't tell anyone not to sign up because I did make some money and to do so all you need to do is find the products that sell, very little I should add.
But I bought the COMBO package which cost me $199 for the site, and the site is not even registered under my name.
I say let us open a class action suite and we all can get paid.
