Office Depot has the worst customer service by far! Do Not Buy from this company!

I bought a P.C. That was on its way to the store. I cancelled the order within 24 hrs. They have it charged on my Visa. They will not refund my $1,000 plus!!! I don't have the product, they insist I need to have it delivered to NV. Then they will return my money, I was good enough to pay for it all upfront. Now they refuse to credit my credit card. The Manager has been rude, hung the phone up on me. The employees do not know anything about the products. They may be able to sell a pencil.??? Maybe. Very Incompetent!

I was warned by in my family, but was a sucker, for a deal, with rebates, what was I thinking? They do not honor the rebates! I am reporting this Company to the Attorney Generals Office, BBB. Please do the same, prevent the anguish and hardship of others.
There are so many decent companies out there, DO Not Buy From Office Depot, You Will Be Sorry!
