Lies about service levels and installs illegal copies of software

Global Tech POS is a reseller of ASI's Restaurant Manager POS Global Tech promises the 1st year of 24/7 technical support. The truth is that there is NO support included in the price.

Additional, and very VERY important.

They install Windows 2000 on all installations and PC-Anywhere. They are using illegal copies of each of these applications, customers are paying for legal licensed copies but are consistantly receving installations with the exact same serial numbers.

This is a bad company, don't belive it? Call some of their references that they don't talk about.

Do your home work before doing busines with these folks.
By the way, the owners of the company are Katy and Ken, this is VERY important because they will not reveal or admit to this during their sales or installation process.
