RIPOFF DISHONEST Fraudulet Billing

I have just reviewed my online bank transactions only to find a $250 charge on my account from DISH. Just this past month, I decided to close my account due to the way Dish Network was independently conducting unauthorized transactions.

I did not like the idea that they had access to my financial institution since there were 2-3 unauthorized activities being carried out a month. When I brought it to their attention, they assured me that they (DISH) would refund any excess funds they had withdrawn from my bank (which they never did).

On following up, I found out that they went ahead and credited the excess funds to my dish account and not reverse the funds to my bank account event after explicitly stating so in my previous calls. Well, I then decided to call them back and find out what the issue was, and they regretted having misunderstood my intentions and assured me that they would credit back the amount to my bank.

In checking my account transactions again, I noticed a partial credit to my account. On calling Dish customer service again, no one could figure out why I got a partial credit and not the full amount. It was then I decided to terminate my account with them.

After all the pending credits from the overcharged amounts and the early termination fees of $175, I ended up owing $65! Sure enough, a couple of day later they submitted that charge to my bank and I thought It was the last time I had to deal with them only to check my account today and find a $250 charge.

I have called both Dish and my Bank and demanded that the charges be reversed as they are unauthorized and fraudulent. Additionally, I have gone ahead and cancelled my bank card to avoid any future and or pending charges that Dish may want to conduct.

The downside to doing this is that I have to wait for a couple of weeks to receive the dispute paperwork from my bank as well as I have to wait for a new debit card. The bright side to this, I do not have to deal with DISH ANY MORE!!! They are a RIP OFF and hence KEEP OFF
