Expensive art loaded but lost. Promised date of delivery not honored Ripoff

I was told the rep will call me back with insurance info. He did not follow up. I was told if picked up by 10/29/05, the delivery date will be between 11/6-12. Later they said they are obligated to deliver within 2 weeks as per state law with no lowering of fees, and they would not return our calls. Upon arrival two art peices in picture boxes were missing. We called and they kept telling us they're looking into it. One of their employees who picked up the boxes, was called by me as he gave me his personal phone. He said he quit. Previuosly, during pick up, he told me he needed money to buy a green card. We had looked them up in BBB reports. The NYC BBB had nothing on them. We later found out that New Jersey BBB, had six complaints on them. The company started 6 months ago. It is owned by Arab - Isrealis. I am not aware of previuos names for this company.
