Ripoff, charged extra next day delivery not done, deliveries not in time stated, not delivered to appropriate address

Every time that I have used DHL or had items sent to me through DHL we have had problems in recieving the items and have been lied to by DHL employes. One package was to be delivered next day and was gone literally around the world for nine days, it was shipped in the USA and was coming to Oklahoma. This pakage saw Spain, Italy, France, Australia and many other countries. An extra fee was paid for next day delivery. Our company paychecks were delivered to another business, when DHL was notified as to their location, they had been delivered at the appropriate address at 11:00am that day. When they were located they were at a totally unrelated business at a compltely different address. Toaday I was to recieved an extremely important package form Tulsa to Woodward, an extra fee was paid for next day delivery and guess what no package as of 5pm. When I called DHL, I recieved three completely different stories on the package's location, delivery time, and the last call at 4:30 pm reported that the package had not left the location in Tulsa. When you pay extra for special services and they are not honored and your finacial wellbing, as well as other employess finacial status is being taken at best, fraudulent services, they should either get their promises right or close their doors.
