We had used this company three times and then booked the move for my elderly parents. It was an easy move. We were quoted $88.00 per hour less 10% senior discount, 1/2 hour travel time to the job and 1/2 hour after completion with a 4 hour minumum.

They were on the job site fir a total of 3 hours, adding 2 1/2 travelccharges the total should have been 4 hours at $88.00 less 10% senior discount.

My parents were charged a total of $511.69. They were demanded to pay in cash only. They reluctantly paid the bill. After 3 months of being told a refund is coming, it is being mailed, oh business is slow, I will call back in 5 minutes, another customers check bounced and all other excuses, This is a Rip Off and company should not be trusted at all.

We have had patience and been courteous, but this type of lowly behavior needs to be reported for others to see and judge for themselves before using this company.
