First of all, they had quoted us on the phone that the total charge would be about $480. The balance due ended up being $1,708! I can understand being off by an hour or two, but to be off by 5.5 hours is ridiculous! Also, they charged an hour "travel charge" of $118, which they never mentioned when quoting us on the phone. Arizona "Discount" Movers... What a joke.
