Ex employee, sears was a good company... Very poor now, ripoff

I worked for sears for 37 years.in 1986 the company started treating employee's like they were not needed, a downward spiral ever since. The new breed of management are very hardnosed uncaring get ahead social climbers... Really poor customer service...

I went to get a brake job on my pick up last month and showed my lifetime brake warrenty paper's and the rude sob manager would not honor it. I mailed the warrenty to sears hdqtr's and never recieved a reply.

I will never send a customer to sears again. I dont care if what i want is a few buck's more, i wont give them the satisfaction of making money off of me... I really would like to see them fail...
