Wireless ripoff unsynchronized database and confused customer service California

After being transferred to 4 depts and repeating myself more that 4 times, Cingular still unable to provide accurate service. And it cannot be a coincident because everytime I call them, I am getting different questions in verifying our account and being transferred more than twice.

I moved all GSM cellphones to over to Cingular Family plan last July, but the phone models that were sent were wrong, so I returned it to them for replacement. After 60days, it finally arrived!!! Very unprofessional!

The first bill after the conversion is okay and I am saving, however; the October bill suddenly got messed up and I was advised by their customer care that one of my family plan member was never moved to the family plan? If the September bill is perfect, then why October is not? This is "BS" to me. So I finally made up my mind to move all 10 phones to another wireless company.

Their signal (cell range) is awesome... They just need to revamp the way their network database or system works because there was a time when a rep told me that she is only allowed to look into the "yellow" screen and my noted calls probably is in the "green" or whatever screen... I do not care where you verify my info... Just fix the freakin' problem!!! But of course I got transferred again and gone back to STEP 1
