Ripoff Handyman rips people off

The owner of McDaniel Labor Services managed the complex i live in and her husband was the maintiance man, he performed some minor repairs in my home as the maintiance man. He replaiced the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and after about a month the breaker started tripping, and the ceiling fan was about to fall, the owner of the property had a certified electrician come out and fix it, when he took it down the ceiling fan and the wires were exposed and shorting out and the screws holding it up were stripped out. (that was a fire waiting to happen). The handyman also fixed a leak in the ceiling, where the drip pan from the AC unit had leaked, first he took a chain and chained the drip pan to where it would drain and then he precieded to repair the ceiling, he told my husband he hoped it looked good when he finished because he didn't have a clue how to tape and bed or patch a ceiling, well the ceiling repair job does not match the rest of the ceiling the tape is showing and its starting to crack, so now the owner has to pay some else to come in and fix the originial problem along with the new ones. They also do foundation repairs that are not necessary and charge the owners tons of money. Please if this company has done anything in your home, call someone who is certified to come out and check it. This company is not licesened or certified to work on electrical, plumbing, or anything else.
