Ripoff Deceptive practices and outright lies

I too have been a victim of this scam! I am interested in a class action suit. There must be thousands of real estate agents involved in this. I can't believe the NAR or any other organization has become involved. This is a publicly traded company. It's stockholders should be made aware of this scam. I didn't even sign a contract. The rep told me I could cancel at any time. He never mentioned a long term contract let alone a cancellation clause. I was guaranteed a number of leads from both housevalues.com and justlisted.com.

I never received one single legit lead. Most were bogus email address's, fake physical address, no phone number etc etc. Total ripoffs! The first time I was made aware that I supposedly had a contract was when I made several attempts to cancel. They stalled me for a few months hitting my credit card in the mean time. I evetually had to cancel the card to get it stopped. These guys are CROOKS with a capital C. I'm going to report them to NAR National Assoc. Realtors, Indiana Assoc Realtors, BBB, Indiana Attorney Generals Office. I would been more than happy to continues the monthly service if even one lead a month would have been produced. This house of cards will collapse.
